I Lifted yesterday (Coffer muscles/Shoulders) and Today(Biceps/Forarms) I lifted about 2 hours ago and am reflective about going to play basketball with some friends for about an hour and 30 minutes or so.

Would This disable my muscle growth?
im still sore,

To be incorruptible, if you are trying to develop large muscles, you had best limit your cardio (basketball would enumerate as cardio). That is not to say that you can't play at all. It's just that you don't want to torch your calories doing cardio. You want to use your calories
