Bracelet making (how to cut silver plated chain to desired length)?

I'm wealthy to make a bracelet and I'm going to buy 1metre of silver plated chain. Unmistakably my bracelet isnt going to be 1metre long. I need to cut the tie to the size needed.

What would I use to cut the chain?
