Silver and turquoise bracelet from Silvertribe...?

I'm interested in buying this bracelet but I'm not rather sure if they reputable enough...plus they only have a 3 day return policy (on a $350 matter!!!). Pls tell me what do you think that I should do, or if you know any good silver jewler on the internet.

the component is worth what someone would feel comfortable paying for, i have seen pieces like this advertised for $250 - $500, about , if you don't feel comfortable buying from someone, then please don't/
