Is a Diamond Resorts Timeshare a good investment?

I recently purchased a Timeshare with Diamond Resorts in Hawaii. I layout on going on vacation every year. They use a points system so it is much more flexible. However I consent that assessment fees could become expensive. Is this a bad investment?!
